Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

All our watches are processed and shipped within 3–5 working days by regular mail (10–20 days), DHL Express (5–10 days), or Triangular Shipping.

Direct Shipping from China (regular mail)

We have very experienced shipping agents who work with us for years. They know some special safe ways to deliver the replicas to you. It is more affordable and may use different logistics companies by destination country to ensure safety.

Express Shipping

Our express shipping is handled by DHL Express. Occasionally, we may use other logistics providers depending on your country to ensure safer delivery.

Triangular Shipping via Transit Areas

Some countries have strict customs policies (such as the EU and South America). China is known for replica goods, which may result in customs inspections. To address this, we offer triangular shipping through:

  • Hong Kong
  • Netherlands
  • United Kingdom

Things to know about triangular shipping:

  • Shipping fee is usually $20 more than regular shipping.
  • Delivery may take longer than direct shipping from China.

We strongly recommend DHL Express or Triangular Shipping for secure delivery. Ordinary mail may face delays or loss, and we cannot refund in such cases.

Please ensure your shipping address includes a valid phone number. If you're not available during delivery, you can reschedule with the courier.

Note: If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the parcel will be destroyed, and we cannot issue a refund. If delivery fails for other reasons, we will resend your order at our expense.

We use secure shipping methods to avoid customs problems. You won’t pay additional taxes or duties.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

If you’re not satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Contact us first to get the return address and instructions.
  • Use registered mail (not DHL, EMS, FedEx) to avoid customs issues.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that returning to China can be difficult due to customs. You might have to ship twice and wait longer. Please check your order carefully before buying.

We can only refund you once we receive the returned product. No refund will be issued if the item is not received back.
